- Limite des commandes individuelles 1.6 Delivery Delivery to the NCR area shall be
within 2 working day for stocked items and within 2 working days for
non stocked items. Delivery to the Quebec and Ontario area
shall be within 3 working day for stocked items and within 3 working
days for non stocked items. Delivery to the Maritimes and Newfoundland
shall be within 3 working days for stocked items and within 4
working days for non stocked items. Delivery to the Western Provinces (BC,
Alberta, Sask., Man.) shall be within 3 working days for stocked
items and within 4 working days for non stocked items. Envirolaser shall be committed to this delivery
schedule and are only allowed to deliver within the area ’s specified.

VME E60PS-040067 pd009.E60PS-040067 Envirolaser warrants to the buyer of their
recycled toner cartridges that the cartridges are free from defects
in material or workmanship. Upon discovery of any such defects, the
buyer shall give Envirolaser a copy of defective test sheet returned
with the defective cartridge in original packaging. Upon receipt Envirolaser
shall test the cartridge and if defective, at their sole discretion,
shall either replace the cartridge which is found defective or refund
the full purchase price of such defective cartridge. In the event
that the buyer’s printer is damaged directly and solely because of
the use of such defective cartridge, Envirolaser will pay any direct
damage caused by the cartridge, the amount of which shall in no event
exceed the full replacement cost of such printer. Save as herein before
provided, Envirolaser shall not in any event be liable for an special,
indirect or consequential damages arising from such defects and all
other conditions and warranties expressed or implied, statutory or
otherwise, are hereby expressly excluded. Note: Envirolaser is a participant in the
Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) certification program. Problems
with cartridges that cannot be resolved with the company may be referred
